This Privacy Notice describes how Project Eduverse (“we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use and disclose your personal information, including special or sensitive personal data.

What Personal Data We Collect

Personal Data is information relating to an individual (“you” or “your”) and comprises of all the details that we hold or collect about you, directly or indirectly, through your interactions and dealings with us through use of our website at https://www.eduverse.vision (“Website”).

We collect Personal Data which you voluntarily provide when you visit our Website or when you contact us, such as Thorsten Neumann, dpo@eduverse.vision. We may also collect Personal Data collected through cookies and similar technology.  

How We Use Personal Data

When visiting our Website, you may choose to provide Personal Data to us for a range of purposes, including (but not limited to):

  1. Contacting us for information, either through an online signup or through email

  2. Enquiring about our range of products and services 

  3. Requesting access to a report or document

  4. Requesting marketing and promotional communications from us

Should you provide Personal Data to us, we may use (and process) the data for the purposes above, for statistical analysis, to improve our products and services, for compliance with our legal obligations, and/or for purposes where we have obtained your consent.

  • Performance of a contract: We may use your personal data in the provision of products and services, establish a relationship and administer operational processes e.g. marketing, referral, and promotion programs.

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

How We Store And Manage Personal Data

Personal Data may be transferred to, or stored at, a location outside of your country of residence. If we transfer data to another country, we will ensure that the recipient agrees to apply equivalent levels of protection for Personal Data as we do and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Erasure: In some circumstances you have the right to ask us to delete your Personal Data, for example if we no longer have a valid reason to process it.

 

  • Object: In some circumstances you may have the right to object to how we process your Personal Data but this does not mean you can decide or choose how we process your Personal Data other than in relation to marketing. If you have any concerns about how we process your Personal Data, please discuss this with us. We may not be able to offer you services if you do not want us to process the Personal Data we consider it necessary to process to provide the services.

 

  • Restriction: In some circumstances you may have the right to restrict how your Personal Data is processed.

 

  • Portability: In some circumstances you may have the right to request the Personal Data you have given to us in a machine readable format.

 

  • Withdrawal: You can request to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (dpo@eduverse.vision), and are likely to have the ability to complain to the data protection authority in the jurisdiction in which you are based (e.g. if you are in the UK you are likely to be able to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/) about the way in which we process your personal data.

How We Use Cookies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information related to visitors to our public website.

Use Of AI Tools

We use the power of AI tools internally to assist in building and enhancing our product and service features for the purposes of role-play, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversation analysis.   We do not train AI models on proprietary information and content uploaded to the Eduverse platform by users. We do not make any decisions based solely on automated processing.
